Diets of snakes genus Natrix in Volgograd region

Data about diets of grass snake and dice snake in Volgograd region are present. Half of grass snake ration constitute amphibians, namely lake frog (50,0%). Another part of prey was pisces family Cyprinidae (31,3%) and beetles, not fixed to species (18,7%). In feed of dice snake we found only pisces, where predominate Carassius gibelio, compose 68,7% of all swallow prey.
