Fifty shades of ambiguity

The paper covers the markers of ambiguity which are considered to be inferred conventional or non-conventional implicit meaning components. It is asserted that ambiguity as a universal property is influenced by linguistic and extra-linguistic factors but practically always is affected by relevant «internal» knowledge an individual possesses and infers in the process of cognitive and communicative activities.
