Plagiarism and counterfeiting as a major copyright infringement of the author in the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU)

Purpose: Of the Study the current problem issues of infringement of the author such as plagiarism and counterfeiting in the countries of the EEU. Methodology: We used a system-structural, specific sociological, historical, legal, socio-legal, comparative legal, statistical methods. Results: The article presents the study conclusions and provisions, which are investigated in the work, in General, are based on the law of the EAEU, international treaties and conventions that have been ratified in the countries of the EEU. The relevance and significance of this work is to analyze the infringement of the author such as plagiarism and counterfeiting in the countries of the EEU. Also the significance of the study is that developed in her theoretical situation in the future can be used to further study the peculiarities of the problems of copyright infringements of the author such as plagiarism and counterfeiting in the countries of the EEU. Therefore, according to the study, the author makes a significant contribution to the theory of civil law. Novelty/originality/value: Article possesses high scientific value as is one of the first attempts to consider current issues of copyright infringements of the author such as plagiarism and counterfeiting in the countries of the EEU.
