The urban budget planning in Verkhneudinsk in 1920-1923s

In the article based on the materials of the State Archive of the Republic of Buryatia (GARB), devoted to the studied period, an analysis of income and expenditure items of the budget of the city of Verkhneudinsk is carried out. When working with funds FR-15. - “Verkhneudinsky City People’s Revolutionary Committee”, F.-968. - “Verkhneudinsk city administration of Verkhneudinsky district of the Pribaikalsky region”, F.R.-300 - -Revolutionary Committee of the Baikal Province” gives an opportunity to recreate the most complete picture of the planning and distribution of funds necessary for the development of a qualitatively new apparatus of the city government.
