The article deals with current practices of the legal entity nationality planning in the international investment law. The author considers the most problem areas of the topic: “round-tripping" capital and investors’ migration. In corroboration of the suggested theses the author cites cases of the international arbitration tribunals and data on the current trends in the international investment sphere.
