The article is devoted to the features of sales planning in marketing activities. The relevance of the topic lies in the fact that proper sales planning serves as a road map that defines clear goals, target customer segments and effective tactics to stimulate sales and increase company awareness. The purpose of the study is to study the features of sales planning. The methods of this research include: dialectics, deduction, analysis, induction, forecasting method, systems approach. During the study, the place of sales planning in the marketing system was determined, the types of sales plans were identified, and the features in sales planning were considered. Based on what was studied, possible sales plans for drawing up were proposed.
