Project planning: stages, levels, types of plans

This article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the project planning process, a key component of the successful implementation of any endeavor, from simple tasks to complex complex projects. The paper examines the successive stages of planning, from initiation to approval of the plan, as well as various levels of detail, from strategic vision to operational management. Special attention is paid to the types of plans used in project management, including calendar, budget, resource, risk management and communication plans. The study is based on an analysis of existing theoretical and practical approaches to planning, demonstrating the importance of careful preparation and flexible adaptation of plans during the project implementation process. As a result of the study, it is emphasized that competent planning not only minimizes risks and ensures compliance with deadlines and budget, but also contributes to achieving high quality and efficiency indicators, as well as the successful completion of the project.
