Planning for the implementation of circular economy technologies at the enterprise of the radio electronic industry, considering the import substitution policy

The presented material discusses the prerequisites, inevitability and problems of the transition of Russia's economic development strategy to a "green" course. At the forefront is the need for changes in the current conditions of sanctions pressure, the ongoing policy of import substitution, urgent and growing environmental problems. The article reveals the conditions under which the system of planning for the strategic development of the country, in general, and the radio-electronic industry, in particular, will be adjusted, and the goal of planning is outlined, which is to strengthen national security and improve the quality of life of Russian citizens. Changes will require a change in the attitude of authorities, enterprises and the population to waste management, innovative restructuring ofproduction, optimization of supply chains and infrastructure development. To achieve a positive economic effect, improve the environmental situation, strengthen national security, accelerate the economic development of the country and improve the well-being of its citizens, it is recommended to approach planning the introduction of closed-loop technologies in a systematic way.
