Accidental spills of oil and oil products, which take place in the oil and petrochemical industry facilities in while the transporting these products cause considerable damage to ecosystems, leading to negative economic and social consequences. Booms are designed for localization and liquidation of consequences of the oil spill, oil products and other pollutants. The analysis showed that the existing booms have a number of drawbacks, such as leaking of the confined environment. There boom is deprived of dysfunction. The design of the proposed fence is to use air supply, which is fed by a compressor. The resulting water-air column prevents the spreading of oil and oil products, as well as it will send spill to collection site. Due to its design and operating principle, it eliminates the possibility of leakage and may also serve as a fireproof a boom. In addition it improves the use of biological and organoleptic properties of the water body by aerating the contaminated oil water layer.
