We analyzed open regulation system of blood acid-base balance and its correlation with system of acid equivalent generation in muscles at intensive physical exertion. This analysis allowed us of making a hypothesis that human body has reserve of unused activity of mitochondrial energy supply, and the problem of physical working capacity increase at metabolic acidosis may be solved by supporting energy balance of mitochondria with provided substrate that is able to oxidize and provide aerobic ATP re-synthesis in conditions of working hypoxia.
