Support for young scientists in the Perm territory: forms and evaluation of their efficiency

The article reflects the findings of an expert interview. The study involved key experts in the field of support for young scientists of the Perm Territory: leaders, government officials and young scientists themselves. Experts answered questions about the effectiveness of support measures, the problems of young scientists and their solutions, the prospects of doing science and the outflow of minds to other regions and countries. According to experts, the most important support measures for young scientists have been identified, as well as the range of problems they face in the course of their professional activities.
