Training of future teacher for the general education in Russia and Germany

In article the comparative analysis of approaches of systems of pedagogical education of Russia and Germany to training of teachers for various type of establishments of the general education is carried out; problems of training of future pedagogical workers for the Russian educational institutions are revealed, both during preparation in the “Education and Pedagogical Sciences" direction, and during training in institutions of higher education in the areas corresponding to the taught subjects; measures for improvement of preparation of pedagogical shots in the Russian higher educational institutions are offered.
