The article examines the main aspects of the new strategy for maintaining health, based on the idea that every person is responsible for it, as one of the areas of modernization of Russian education. It highlights the current problems of creation of the system of continuous valeological education, the training of students to organize the health-forming environment in primary school. The article considers the stages of the training of students, future teachers of primary school, to use health-saving technologies in learning process.
