Training of future teacher of physics to work on development of students' research skills

The author of this article analyzed the problem of the readiness of the teachers of physics for the organization of students' research activity and explained the need for the development of research skills of future teachers of physics as an important factor of their professional growth, created the model of phase training of a future teacher of physics to work on the development of students' research faculties in terms of a competence approach and gave recommendations on the implementation of the model in the educational process.
