Training of police officers: opportunities to use new technologies and gender perspectives

Introduction: an attempt is made to comprehensively resolve one of the most significant problems of modern society - gender imbalance in the personnel policy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. Materials and Methods: the article was written at the intersection of sciences and disciplines: sociology, special pedagogy, demography, psychology, operational search activity, criminology, a number of technical sciences, as well as such activities as personnel policy, lawmaking, military affairs. A feature of the research methodology is an integrated approach. Results: one of the effective solutions to the issue of gender imbalance in the personnel of the internal affairs bodies may be the use of new technologies, including unmanned aerial vehicles. Discussion and Conclusions: the adoption of new technologies in law enforcement requires regulatory support and special training of operators in the educational institutions of the Ministry of internal Affairs.
