Personnel training and financing as a factor in the of the healthcare system development under modern conditions

Socio-economic development and improvement of the quality of life are usually due to a high level of health care development. The share of expenditures allocated to the healthcare system determines the level and quality of its development, in particular, contributes to the introduction of new technologies and high-quality training. The article examines the dynamics of healthcare costs in a number of countries since 2000, the budget expenditures of the Russian Federation on healthcare, as well as budget financing of training specialists for the healthcare sector in 2015 and 2023. At the same time, for the normal functioning of the healthcare system, a sufficient number of specialists is needed, which is due to the training of qualified personnel of the appropriate profile. The authors have considered the dynamics and structure of the number of doctors in recent years, as well as students enrolled and graduated in areas of training in the field of medicine in 2023 in comparison with 2015. The structure of sources of financing for training in the field of healthcare is analyzed.
