Training of the command staff for maritime border guard of the Interior Committee of USSR (1934-1941)

The article covers characteristics of the command staff training for the Navy in the 30-ies of the 20 th century and also the problems of the naval higher educational institutions are analyzed. The activity of the leaders of the maritime border guard to organize their own system of command staff training is pointed out. The problems of refresher courses for the command, courses for the junior military technicians, organization of the naval border school and their role in the command staff training for maritime border guard in the Soviet Union are analyzed.
