Training of skilled specialists within the university complex

The article deals with the problem of skilled specialists training within the university complex. Proceeding from the long-term experience of cooperation of the university with employers and educational institutions of secondary and primary professional training, we propose fundamental approaches and trends of forming a model of continuous, passing ahead professional training of specialists for engineering industry.
