Vocational training and in-plant training of the Aircraft plant № 1 workers in the first post-war years. 1946 - 1950

The paper presents the historical research on the formation process of the workers vocational and in-plant training system at the Kuybyshev Aircraft Plant №1 in 1940s. On the basis of previously unknown sources it became possible to give a more detailed insight into the main forms and directions of the plant management activity and to reveal its results. Author comes to justified conclusions that objective conditions that lead to successful mastering of new technologies were acquired as a result of a comprehensive series of measures taken by the plant management.
