Training of employees of the justice system in the context of transformations in modern Russia

The effectiveness of the formation of the personnel apparatus of the court can directly affect the provision of human and civil rights and freedoms due to the fact that the Russian Federation, acting as a democratic state, recognizes a person, his rights and freedoms as the highest value. In the article, the authors examined the main features of the training of the judicial personnel apparatus as one of the components that positively affect the formation of the professional staff of the judicial system, which allows us to productively solve everyday tasks in the conditions of transformations in modern Russia. According to the results of the study of the specifics of the staffing of the judicial system of the country, the directions of training of its employees are proposed, which, according to the authors, will ensure the formation of a judicial composition that more effectively solves the tasks of judicial activity.
