Training of pedagogical college students for organization of educational work with children and adolescents in the conditions of a modern school

This article examines the problem of training students of a pedagogical college for the organization of educational work in a modern school. The features of the organization of educational work with children and adolescents in an educational organization are highlighted and characterized. The various types of activities used in the teaching practice of working with children and adolescents are listed. The experience of educational institutions in organizing educational work is presented, the main activities are indicated. The experience of improving the content of practical training of students, modernizing the means and methods of practical training in a professional educational organization is generalized. Various positions of researchers on the problem of organizing practical training of students are analyzed. An attempt is made to identify and characterize the real possibilities of pedagogical practice of vocational training in the conditions of a pedagogical college for the use of the most successful pedagogical technologies in the organization of educational work, examples of effective activities in this direction are given. The idea is substantiated that teaching practice is an integral part of the educational process, which is aimed at the formation of general and professional competencies. In this regard, a special role is acquired by future professional activity of a novice teacher, which is impossible without the practical skills acquired in a teacher training college, especially when it comes to organizing educational work with children and adolescents in an educational organization.
