Approach to formalization of complex scientific and technical results

The paper deals with the formalization of complex scientific and technical result (CSTR) for the management of its lifecycle. Relevance of the topic due to the fact that the CSTR as an independent structure to be developed in terms of its content and composition. The author suggests approaches to the formalization of the CSTR in the aspects of economic and moral rights of intellectual property, which, in my opinion, gives an idea of the direction of the formation of the intangible asset.
