An approach to the qualitative assessment of regional innovation systems (using the example of the Central federal district subjects)

The article "Approach to the qualitative assessment of regional innovation systems (on the example of the Central Federal District entities)" examines the importance of innovation in the national economy, especially in the context of growing macroeconomic pressure and the need to form technological sovereignty. The author aims to summarize the experience of assessing regional innovation systems and develop a qualitative approach to their analysis. The object of the study is regional innovation systems, and the subject is the relations and mechanisms that arise in the process of their functioning. The theoretical basis of the work is based on the research of domestic and foreign scientists. The methods of analysis and synthesis, systems approach, expert assessments and statistical analysis are used. The article presents the author's approach to assessing the management of innovation systems, on the basis of which an analysis of the subjects of innovation activity of the Central Federal District (CFD) was carried out with the identification of their common features and generalizing conclusions.
