Approach to determining the cost of cloud technology implementation for automated special-purpose systems

The article considers the necessity of using cloud computing technologies to ensure the defense capability of the state, since the quality of data collection, storage and processing will determine the efficiency of decision-making. The approach to determining the costs of implementing cloud-based automated control systems for military purposes is proposed. The components of capital and operational costs are singled out. The article separately summarizes the costs of data migration to the cloud, reveals "hidden" costs, the presence of which leads to the deviation of the actual level of costs from the planned one.
