The authors of this article discuss the basic preconditions for and approaches to the development of an integrated information system for calculating funding and maintaining records of subsidies issued for the fulfillment of state orders and other purposes, as exemplified by the set of information systems currently being used by the Russian Ministry of Education and Science.
