An approach to structuring a comprehensive management toolkit for industrial enterprises in the public sector of the economy of the Donetsk People’s Republic

The article is devoted to the development of an approach to structuring a comprehensive management toolkit for industrial enterprises in the public sector of the Donetsk People's Republic. Particular attention is paid to the role of industry in the socio-economic development of the region, which maintains a high share in the economy (more than 63%). The author proposes a concept of industrial enterprise management as management of "interests" aimed at harmonizing state interests with the interests of specific enterprises while maintaining the leading role of the state. The article presents a methodology for the formation of management tools, and clarifies its main elements, which contributes to increasing the efficiency of public administration in the industrial sector of the region. This approach can serve as a basis for further research and development of methods for improving the management of industrial enterprises in the public sector of the Donetsk People's Republic.
