In national economy the conditions of ensuring stability of the market of foodstuff products (MFP) and its development have to be created, i.e. the manifestation of two of its immanent properties is to take place - its stability and development. Between these two contrasts dynamic balance owing to what MFP can suggest to structure by division it on two parts has to be maintained: the market of the purchases of foodstuff for the state and municipal needs (C1 sector) and the market of purchases of foodstuff other economic entities and individuals (C2 sector). The sector of C1 works according to the requirements of the Federal Law No. 44-FZ. These are strictly regulated purchases carried out on special electronic platforms, and rather strict requirements to which they have to correspond are imposed to participants of purchases (suppliers). And only those positions which are not settled by the provisions Federal Law No. 44-FZ, are regulated by the Civil code of the Russian Federation. The sector of C1 provides stabilizing to the MFP Russian Federation component, and C2 sector - to the component of its development. Such approach allows receiving an estimated trajectory of dynamic development of the system with optimum parameters. Wide use of the universal dimensionless relations opens and expands the possibilities of experts in the direction of research MFP Russian Federation. It allows to estimate the problem from other foreshortening, to develop new approaches and methods of processing of available information. By the results of the research the conclusion is drawn that two allocated MFP sectors - are indissoluble in logical unity and have impact on each other, providing thereby the general forward development and adaptation of MFP taking into account real social and economic and political situation in the country and in the world, and it, eventually, will allow to solve the main problem - the problem of an effective trajectory of the development of the market of food products in the Russian Federation both in short-term, and in the long term.
