Medical institutions digital transformation approaches and methods

The article discusses approaches and methods of medical institutions digitaltransformation, which allow a systematic approach to the analysis and management ofthis process. The digital transformation of medical institutions is influenced by manyfactors both external and internal to the organization. The authors present approachesto managing the process of digital transformation in general and the applicationof the considered approaches to its stages for the digital transformation of medicalinstitutions. Based on the analysis of open sources, four methods for conducting themedical institutions digital transformation were investigated, and the directions ofdigital transformation in the health sector were identified. The selected methods wereanalyzed for limitations on the scope of digital transformation directions. Each of theconsidered methods of medical institutions digital transformation was consideredand justified for the purpose of possible implementation in practice.
