Approaches and methods of network-centric management in the concept of sustainable development of ESG criteria in Colombia

The article outlines the fundamental approaches, principles and methods of process management adopted in the concept of sustainable development. Issues related to the assessment of ESG criteria are considered. A general overview of the disclosure of information on sustainable development, ESG criteria in Colombia is presented, with particular attention to the E - Environment criterion, in particular its aspects related to climate change, since this topic currently influences the strategic and management decisions of industry leaders, companies, organizations. The article also offers some considerations for managing climate-related risks and opportunities. The influence of the network-centric model on the compliance of enterprises’ activities with ESG criteria is also identified and presented.
