Approaches to the forming of regional structures for managing sports

The article is devoted to the questions of forming regional state structures which are responsible for managing sports. Stipulated the specific features of sports’ management of the different levels of public authority, and demonstrated regional specifics. Basing on the summarizing of regional state structures concerning sports’ and youth policies represented the different approaches to the forming of these structures. Shown the opportunities of project structures in terms of the sports’ management, and suggested the matrix for choice of the best approach to the regional sports’ management
