Approaches to the study of observability as significant as for victimological prevention

The subject of the research is the concept of «observation». The article is a review of the current viewpoints on the observation with the aim of defining this concept. It is shown how approaches to the analysis of observation in psychology changed. The main conclusions of the study are-the position that there are a large number of interpretations of observation, which makes it impossible to come to a common understanding of this quality. The novelty of the topic is the study of the works of domestic and foreign authors and the interpretation of the concept of observation on this basis.
