Approaches to modeling innovative strategies of FEC enterprises under sanction pressure

The article examines approaches to modeling innovative strategies of fuel and energy companies under sanctions pressure. The authors studied the main innovative strategies in the face of sanctions pressure, in particular decentralization, digitalization, and paid attention to the trends of accelerated decarbonization. The article notes that following the trend of accelerated decarbonization is one of the main geopolitical tasks of the European region. The article focuses on the development of the fuel and energy complex under sanctions pressure, the supply of imported equipment, oil and gas production, and Russian gas consumption. Thus, in the context of unprecedented sanctions pressure and the post-pandemic nature of the development of the Russian economy, it is necessary to increase the efficiency of using the available resources of oil and gas enterprises as soon as possible, not forgetting the need to reduce dependence on foreign technical solutions, as well as the development of domestic production. It is also necessary to ensure the safety of structurally important facilities, such as pipelines and oil and gas wells, by fully controlling the entire chain of production, transportation and processing of hydrocarbons, which also includes inspections and repairs, only by Russian companies. Proposals are given to level the negative effect of sanctions.
