Approaches to evaluating the efficiency of strategic planning of agriculture in the system of complex development of rural municipal formation

The methodology for determining the effectiveness of strategic planning of the agro-industrial complex in the system of integrated planning of rural municipal development is considered. It assumes different approaches to the process: determine, based on the analysis of the achieved goals, objectives set for the municipal administration in the area of economic policy or taking into account the directions for solving problems the agro-industrial complex, and the tools used.
