Approaches to determining the level of state support for agricultural microbusiness, taking into account the natural and climatic conditions of the region

The article presents an analysis of state support measures for the livestock industry of the Krasnoyarsk territory, which are aimed at reimbursing part of the costs of agricultural producers, for a number of measures, including taking into account the level of productivity. The paper shows the relationship between natural and climatic conditions and expenditures of producers in the agricultural micro-business sector. it is shown that the cost of keeping farm animals in terms of the cost of purchasing material resources is lower in macro-districts with more favorable natural and climatic conditions. To determine the impact on costs of KFKH on the acquisition of material resources, as well as on volumes of gross agricultural products of KFKH climatic conditions of the region as main factors were taken such indicators as the ratio of the density of roads (the Engels coefficient), sum of positive temperatures above 10 °C, ratio of the density of roads for production (factor Vasilevsky), hydrothermal coefficient (SCC), distance from the centre of the municipal district of Krasnoyarsk, humus content and population...
