Approaches to the concept of corporation

Since 2014, the legislator has introduced the definition of the corporation in the Civil Code. After the latest changes in civil law, the approaches to understanding the corporation also changed. The appearance in the civil code of the definition of the corporation served as a step for further improvement of the legislation. In this article, we will examine the different views of scientists on the definition of a corporation proposed by well-known theoreticians of civil law.
