Substitution of the child

The author discusses the crimes envisaged by article 153 of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation. A detailed analysis of the composition of the uke-related crimes, opinions of different scholars on the elements of composition, but also raises issues of qualification of the act. The author came to the conclusion that, first, when performing the substitution of the child there are two victims - a substitute child and the child is used as a substitute. Therefore, it would be better in the title of article 153 of the criminal code to specify a "Substitution of children". Second, as another child may act as a juvenile who are not able to identify myself as a child of specific parents, and whose parents are unable to identify as their own.
