Subordinate legislation and technique in law (using the example of the executive bodies of regions of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern federal district)

This article analyzes the subordinate law-making activities of the bodies of executive authority of the regions of the Russian Federation within the Far Eastern Federal District. Special features of the legal technique used in the legislation of these regions (e.g., the Codex about the normative legal acts of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug) are severally considered. Special attention in the article is paid to the legal mistakes which are inevitable and can lead to legal conflicts, discrepancies, inconsistence and controversy of legal norms.
