The article presents new materials from the Medieval site of Krokhalevka-5 (10 burials) with the special focus on almost undisturbed burial mound 75. Thanks to good preservation of wooden and birch bark elements of burial structure, main stages and features of burial chamber and different practices of body placement (in wooden slab, birch bark shroud, or without special burial container) can be reconstructed. The female “bokka” headdress is a distinctive object which makes it possible to date the burials to the 13th-14th centuries. Burial practices, grave goods (flat asymmetric rhombic iron arrowheads expanding in the upper part) and the general set of objects reveals the similarities with the Upper and Middle Ob River complexes of the Basandaika culture and the Kamenushinsky stage of the Srostki cultures (the stage).
