Burial constructions of the ancient cemetery Jiaohe (Yar-Hoto) in Xinjiang

Burial constructions of the cemetery on the plateau to the north of the ancient city of Jiaohe in Turfan county, Xin-jiang-Uygur Autonomous Region of the PRC are analyzed in this article. The graves of Jiaohe most probably belonged to the people of Jushi (Chushi) state, that, perhaps, had already existed in the Scythian time.
