Бесплатный доступ

This article is a brief review of burial relicts of Scythian time (VII-III centuries B.C.), numbering more than 20 sites, in the Southern part of Inner Mongolia autonomous region of PRC. They are spread in three geographical regions: Daihai, southern slope of Yinshan Mountains and Ordos plateau. There exist three types of burials: in ground pits with north-south orientation, in ground pits with east-west orientation and in catacombs. A detailed analysis of burial rites and grave goods will enable a more exact cultural and chronological correlation of the types and sites.
