In article is considering the materials of all known the Late Irmen culture burials. Statistical analysis of 16 categories of attributes is lead. Identified three main types of burial: burial in territory of inhabited space, burial ground and soil burials. Given them a detailed description. Marked with the distinctive features of the burial rite of the Late Irmen culture from previous Irmen culture.
