The article considers the opportunities of application of hemofiltrocytological method in search for initial nidus at patients with metastatic tumor. The use of original device for blood microscreening allows to determine morphological structure of metastasis. The identification of metastasis morphological structure can presumably determine the localization of initial tumor, which significantly simplifies the search for initial nidus.
