A solution method by excitation propagation in network of frames of intellectual computer environment

The article describes one of possible way to meet the challenges in the intellectual computer environment with the knowledge base in the form of network of frames - the method of excitation propagation in the network. We give a formal description of network frame structure, relevant to a specific information request.
