Search for "national style" in the costume at the turn of the XX century: national and regional aspects

On the basis of visual and written sources, in the context of national trends the article considers regional forms of the costume, which were developing / created in the framework of the ideological and aesthetic preferences of the fin de siècle. The author identifies and analyses various types of male and female national style costume that existed in the Kuban region - from the theatrical "versions" to everyday urban forms.
