This report highlights the conditions under which changes in escherichia coli occur with the acquisition of pathogenic signs. In the proposed work, blood, potato, carrot and sugar agars were introduced, and the usual meat-peptone agar was used as a control medium. An indicator of the influence of a particular environment on the appearance of signs of pathogenicity was the number of cultures that had these signs. As a rule, from 40 to 60 crops were selected from each crop, in some cases with some deviations, and all these crops were studied in the same order.
