Appearance and development of voluntaries in Russia

Today, the topic of volunteering is relevant for the whole world. Volunteer activities are mutual aid and self-help, the official provision of services and other voluntary forms of civic participation that are not paid. Close relatives do not help some people, so they need some help, which is provided by volunteers. In this paper, we study the history of the appearance of the volunteer movement in Russia and abroad.
