The poetic views of the great sage

The great Turkmen poet and thinker, the founder of the Turkmen literary language, Makhtumkuli Fragi, has remained in the memory of the people since his birth with his immortal creations. His name has firmly taken its rightful place among such outstanding thinkers of the past as Firdousi and Rudaki, Navoi and Nizami, Dante and Shakespeare, Rustaveli and Pushkin, whose work constitutes the golden fund of world culture.
