Indications and contraindications for physical education in bronchial asthma

Physical culture is an organic part of universal culture, its special independent field. The result of activity in physical culture is physical fitness and the degree of perfection of motor skills, a high level of development of vitality, athletic achievements, moral, aesthetic, intellectual development. The article discusses the health problems associated with bronchial asthma. Recommendations are given and exercises for the prevention of this disease are proposed.
