Testimony as an evidence of organization of illegal migration

The article deals with features of witnesses’ examination on criminal cases on organization of illegal migration (article 322.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The author analyzes tactical techniques applied in the course of interrogation of witnesses, give an approximate list of questions, and provides guidelines on improvement of quality and efficiency of the interrogation.
