In this article, the author has developed a system of indicators to measure innovation processes of enterprises of oil and gas complex of Russia. Affected by the following problems. Firstly, there is no single, conventional wisdom regarding their evaluation. Secondly, today's methods do not allow for a comprehensive assessment of a single methodologically innovative processes of the industrial enterprise, which takes into account the need for further improvement of the innovation process. Thirdly, in the field of the evaluation criteria it is not always possible to express a value (quantitative) measurement. The article provides a detailed overview of current methods of assessing innovation, highlighting their weaknesses, it developed its own innovative processes valuation method, taking into account the existing weaknesses. The proposed method to distinguish the main requirements for the system formed by the evaluation indicators, as highlighted in the basic components of evaluation of the effectiveness of innovative processes of industrial enterprises. On the basis of this, a system of indicators to measure innovation processes of the industrial enterprise, on the example of petrochemical enterprise, which is presented in the table. The presented method and criteria for evaluating the innovative industrial processes oil and gas industry can be used to analyze the innovation departments, study time, the accuracy of the implementation of the objectives of innovation, cost estimates and time.
